How to purchase and use the SUPER IDD

IMPORTANT NOTE: When using IDD Bucket, Overseas Filipino's caller ID on mobile or landline should be activated.

Step 1: Purchase Bucket A or Bucket B.

Step 2: After a successful transaction, the (14-digit) CARD NUMBER will be sent to your email.

Step 3: Using your mobile phone, dial a local access number in your area code. See Access Numbers

Step 4: IVR will say, "Please enter your (14-digit) CARD NUMBER followed by a # sign."

For New Customers (using either a mobile phone or landline number that has not been used for the IDD Bucket product), after entering the (14-digit) CARD NUMBER, the IVR will say, "Welcome valued customer!"

PRESS 1: Register an account (account is the mobile number or landline of the Overseas Filipino, format should be <COUNTRY CODE> + <AREA CODE> + <MOBILE OR LANDLINE>)
    - After pressing 1, IVR will ask you to enter your (14-digit) CARD NUMBER to top-up your new
account to activate the IDD BUCKET;
    - After activation of the IDD BUCKET, you will be asked to register a valid **Philippine number
    - After you successfully link a Philippine number to your account, you will then be prompted how to make a *call to the Philippines.

PRESS 2: Link an existing account (you have the option to link your existing mobile number or landline that you
have used for the IDD Bucket)
    - After pressing 2, IVR will ask you to choose an existing account and enter your account password;
    - You will then be prompted to make a *call to the Philippines.

PRESS 3: To retrieve your password;

PRESS 9: To connect to a customer representative.

For Existing Customers (using either a mobile phone or landline number that has previously used IDD Bucket prodcut), after entering the (14-digit) CARD NUMBER, the IVR will say, "Welcome back, valued customer!”

PRESS 1: To make a call; then enter a valid **Philippine number;

PRESS 2: To top-up your account; then enter your (14-digit) CARD NUMBER and enter a valid **Philippine
number. You will then be prompted to make a *call to the Philippines.

PRESS 3: To reset your password; or

PRESS 9: To connect to a customer representative.

* Please always ensure you have enough balance to call to the Philippines.
** Valid Philippine number is any PLDT, Smart, Sun Cellular in the Philippines, format should be <COUNTRY CODE> + <AREA CODE/SMART PREFIX> + <LANDLINE/MOBILE NO.>) Ex. 63 2 4584321. See list of AREA CODE and SMART PREFIXES in the Philippines.
***Some operators require a prefix before the destination number; some can configure the network to accept calls using the usual dialing pattern.
